Follow these steps to reset your UpHill account password:
Go to the sign-in page.
Enter your email and click the Next button.
After you enter your email, you'll be asked for your password. Click Recover Password.
Enter your email again and click Send Email.
You will receive instructions by email to set your new password.
There are two ways to recover your password from the email you receive:
Manually entering the code sent by email in the corresponding field:
Or clicking the blue "Recover Password" button in the email you received.
NOTE: The code and button in the recovery email expire after 24 hours, or if you make a new request to recover your password.
Finally, set your new password. It must meet the following requirements:
At least eight characters
Including:
Uppercase letters
Lowercase letters
Numbers
After confirming your new password, click Confirm Password to complete your request.
